pornography, computer viruses, prostitution, obscenity or Spam.

2. Third-Party Liability.WHYA-Group.com will in no way be liable for the actions of third parties that may in any
way cause persons harm.

3. Terms and Conditions. reserves the right to update, modify, add or change the terms and conditions without
notice.

4. Copyright Material. All branding, logos and graphics contained within WHYA-Group.com are copyright use;
distribution or copying of such content is expressly prohibited.

5. Damaging Intent. Any person who engages in chat, email, postings or any other medium, content that is
deemed damaging to WHYA-Group.com Depending on seriousness, WHYA-Group.com may deem it appropriate
to exercise legal action.

6. UCE/UBE or SPAM. WHYA-Group.com strictly prohibits the use of UCE or SPAM. This enforcement is at the
sole discretion of WHYA-Group.com

7. Tax. You, the member, are responsible for any and all taxes payable in your resident domicile or jurisdiction,
for any income you receive through programs promoted via the WHYA-Group.com.

Private Information. WHYA-Group.com will never provide personal information about its members to third
parties without the consent of the member unless required by law.

If you violate our Spam Policy you will:

* Be reported to additional proper authorities to take action against you.
* Be permanently banned from WHYA Group

Should WHYA-Group web sites be disrupted in anyway due to spamming, the responsible party will be charged until service is
restored.
You may also be subject to legal action if appropriate.

A Working Definition of Spam.

user groups, or instant messaging services to individuals or businesses who do not know you personally, have not agreed to or
requested to receive your emails, or have not provided their email address directly to the sender.We may immediately suspend
your account until you provide proof for all complaints that were filed against you.
It is also an email sent to a recipient who would not have a reasonable expectation of receiving email from the sender.
Spam can be a single email or a bulk mailing. Posting messages to Usenet or News groups that explicitly forbid the posting of
commercial solicitations or solicitations not pertaining to their content is Spam.
Opt-out lists where a person is specifically required to request removal from a mailing list in order to prevent solicitation is
Spam.
Hiring a company that is mailing out to a list of people with your opportunity that did not specifically request to receive your
information beforehand is considered Spam.
